The art works in Uffizi Gallery often have close relationships with the places in the surrounding area of Florence and Tuscany. So, a few years ago, the director of the Florentine Gallery Antonio Natali invented the series of exhibitions titled ‘The city Uffizi’.
‘Vie della scultura’ intends to celebrate the centenary of the birth of the city of Forte dei Marmi and also offer, thanks to the prestige of the Galleria degli Uffizi, a confirmation of the role that this land has in the world , in the sign of the sculpture.
